  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Tags, hygiene seals (for accessories/makeup), and labels must still be attached.
  • You must request a return within 7–14 days of delivery (choose your window).
  • Items on sale, clearance, or personalized orders are not eligible for retur

To request a return:

    • Order number
    • Item(s) you want to return
    • Reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank to complete the process.
